Aivorium - Terms & Conditions for the private beta
1. Who operates Aivorium
Aivorium is operated by Konstantin Tumashevich, an individual based in the United Kingdom. Aivorium is not a registered company. Contact: support@aivorium.com. Registration and password-recovery emails are sent from verify@aivorium.com.
2. The private beta
This is an invitation-only test of Aivorium. This release provides account registration, sign-in and a personal workspace, with invitations managed by the operator. There are no subscription payments in this release. Testing can reveal errors or interruptions; please report problems to the support address.
3. Registration and security
Your email must have a valid, unused invitation issued by the operator. You must prove control of that email using a verification link or a trusted sign-in provider. Opening an invitation does not consume it. Successful account activation consumes the invitation once. Keep your credentials private and use your own account. Do not try to access another person's workspace or interfere with the service.
4. Your information and documents
Provide information you are entitled to use and correct inaccurate information. You retain your rights in your content. Aivorium uses it to provide the functions you request, as explained in the Privacy Notice. Review any generated material before relying on it. Aivorium does not guarantee employment or the accuracy of third-party job information. Creating an account does not submit a job application or give Aivorium permission to send an application on your behalf.
5. Leaving or getting help
You may stop using the beta and request account closure, a copy of your data or deletion at support@aivorium.com. The operator will verify your identity before disclosing or deleting information. Data-protection requests are handled under the Privacy Notice and applicable law; closing an account does not automatically delete files in a Google Drive account you control.
6. Changes and responsibility
The operator may change or end the beta, with appropriate notice where practical. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated before they apply. We do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms do not waive your statutory consumer or data-protection rights. Applicable mandatory law and any court rights available to you remain unaffected.
7. Acceptance
Registration records the Terms version you accept and the Privacy Notice version presented to you, with a server-recorded time. Accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to every use of personal data. The Privacy Notice describes the separate purposes and legal bases.
